Frequently Asked Questions
Things we spend a lot of time saying in emails.
Q. When can you start?
Depends on the type of work. We can turn print design round in a few hours, web projects typically start 2-5 weeks after agreement. We're always busy but we make time to help people out. Get in touch and we can give you a quick estimate of when we could fit you in.
Q. How much do you charge for a website?
Our prices are based on the time we spend, see our rates page for details. We could spend an hour improving your website or we could spend several months building you a new one. If the idea of spending more than £3,000 on building a website troubles you then we're probably not cheap enough. If you already have a website we'll happily help you improve it no matter what your budget.
Q. Can you make iPhone/Android Apps?
Yes. We can make Apps for all mobile platforms. Our Mobile Apps page is your friend here...
Q. Do you do SEO?
Yep! We do - more info on our SEO page...
Q. Can you get me to No.1 on Google?
We can get you to number one on Google for any keyword you like, it just might cost roughly this much. In practical terms No, we can't guarantee anything to do with Search Engine Raking Positions (SERPs). It is reasonable to say that we can get you targeted traffic from the first page given enough time.
Q. Can you sign my NDA?
We will sign a Non Disclosure Agreement for your project but we charge an upfront fee for doing so, this is for the time we spend reading the document and filing it. Minimum charge is £150.
Q. How much would a site like ______ cost?
Get in touch and we'll give you an estimate. Generally speaking if you have the budget required to build a certain type of site you won't need to ask but we will happily have a go at anything we think is feasible.
Q. Do you have an office?
No. Not at the moment. The whole point of the Internet and websites is to make physical locations less important and the whole reason we run a small agency is to work however we like from where we want. We generally assume that you don't want your marketing budget/project capital/seed funding to go on paying a central London landlord for an office we'd only really need twice a week*.
That said, we do meet clients face to face on a regular basis, especially for pre-big-project meetings. We may open an office in the future and if we do - you can rest assured all our clients will be invited round for one of those swanky art gallery and wine type parties.
Q. Você é o Loja Centro?
Não, Não somos uma loja de departamento do Brasil - o site é este: www.lojacentro.com.br
Q. Você tem certeza? Você se parece com eles ...
Funny that in'it.
